Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using lunasolis.vn or the Intelligence Desk, you agree to these Terms. If you use the service on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to bind it.

2. The service

Luna Solis provides trade-intelligence services for the frozen seafood and agri-food sector: informational website content, the Luna assistant, and analyst services (assessments, partner introductions, company checks) delivered under separately agreed scopes.

3. Membership

Intelligence Desk membership is free and intended for trade professionals. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. We may set fair-use quotas and may suspend accounts that abuse the service, attempt to extract data systematically, or violate these Terms.

4. Chatbot terms

Luna is an AI-assisted assistant. Its answers are generated automatically, may contain errors, and are provided for general information only — they are not legal, financial or investment advice, and not a recommendation to trade with any party. Do not rely on chatbot answers for decisions with significant consequences; request an analyst assessment instead. You agree not to use the chatbot to attempt to extract system instructions, bulk data, or assessments of specific companies.

5. Analyst deliverables

Analyst deliverables are prepared with professional care from multiple sources, for your internal business use. Coverage and data availability may vary by product, country, period and reporting jurisdiction; deliverables state their scope and sources. Deliverables may not be resold or redistributed without our written consent.

6. Intellectual property

Website content, branding and deliverables remain the property of Luna Solis or its licensors. You may quote short excerpts with attribution.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Luna Solis is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or chatbot. For paid analyst services, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the deliverable concerned. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Viet Nam. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Ho Chi Minh City, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
