1. Who we are

2. Data we collect

• Account data: name, work email, company, country, job title, interests, preferred language, password (stored as a salted hash).
• Google Sign-In: email, name and account identifier provided by Google after your consent.
• Chat data: questions you send to Luna and the answers provided, with timestamps. Public (concierge) chats are logged anonymously unless you choose to leave an email.
• Request data: the content of analyst requests you submit.
• Technical data: IP address for security functions (rate limiting, abuse prevention), and consent records for the optional analytics cookie.

3. Why we process it

• To provide the service: accounts, chat, quotas, analyst requests, email notifications.
• To keep the service safe: spam prevention, rate limiting, security logging.
• To improve content quality: aggregated, non-identifying statistics of chat topics.
• Analytics (only with your consent): one optional cookie for aggregate usage statistics.

4. Chatbot

Luna is an AI-assisted assistant. Conversations are logged and may be reviewed by our team to answer your requests and to improve service quality. Luna's answers are informational and are not legal or financial advice. Questions requiring verified information are handled by human analysts.

5. Retention

Account data is kept while your membership is active. Chat and request logs are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted or anonymized. Email logs are kept for 12 months. You may request earlier deletion at any time.

6. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with processors necessary to run the service (hosting, email delivery, AI processing of chat messages) under appropriate agreements, or where the law requires.

7. Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data, and withdraw analytics consent at any time, by writing to info@lunasolis.vn. We respond within 30 days.

We will post any changes to this policy on this page with an updated version number.
